Use of the app

• The app provides heritage walking guidance, narration, and route planning.
• You are responsible for your safety and surroundings while walking.
• Do not use the app in ways that distract you from hazards or traffic.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Purchases are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

User content

• Notes you create are stored locally and may be synced via iCloud if enabled.
• You are responsible for any content you add.

Content

• Heritage Walker provides informational content that may change over time.
• Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy or redistribute app content without permission.
• Data sources include third-party registries such as OpenStreetMap and Wikidata under their licences.

• The app is provided "as is".
• We do not guarantee accuracy of all heritage data or route conditions.

API keys

• If you add an API key for optional AI narration, you are responsible for that key and any associated usage costs.
