Why is the app asking for location permission? Heritage Walker uses your location to detect when you walk near a heritage site and trigger audio narration. Location matching happens on your device; we never sell or share it.
Why does the map show no sites in my area? The first time you visit a country, the app downloads that country's heritage pack from our CDN. Tap Settings → Storage to manage downloads. UK, Ireland and the Isle of Man ship offline by default.
How do I cancel a subscription? Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Heritage Walker. Cancellation is handled entirely by Apple.
